Head of Spatial Planning (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF125,000 - 135,000Role:
A qualified leader is sought to head the spatial planning department. The scope of duties includes the acquisition and management of planning projects, collaboration with clients, authorities and specialist partners, as well as active participation in shaping sustainable spatial developments. We are looking for a professional with solid experience in spatial planning and project management.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and development of the spatial planning department
Acquisition, planning and management of projects in the field of spatial planning
Collaboration with clients, authorities and interdisciplinary specialist departments
Development and implementation of sustainable planning and utilisation concepts
Responsibility for the technical, timely and economic project execution
Qualifications:
Completed degree or higher professional training in spatial planning or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in spatial planning as well as in project management
Experience in working with authorities, clients and interdisciplinary project teams
Good German language skills spoken and written
