What you achieve
- Damage assessment: Independent calculation of vehicle damages and preparation of detailed reports.
- Video assessments: Conducting real-time video assessments and preparing precise repair calculations.
- Valuations: Conducting valuations for young and classic cars, as well as assessing caravans and motorhomes.
- Vehicle remains: Sale and administrative processing of vehicle remains.
- Unemployment claims: Calculation and processing of diminished value and loss of use claims.
- Invoice verification: Checking and approval of repair invoices.
- Negotiations: Direct communication with customers, claimants, and repair companies.
- Hail drive-in: Active participation in hail drive-in events.
- Territory management: Independent management of your assigned area.
What you bring
- Technical training: Completed basic training as an automotive mechatronics technician, car, commercial vehicle or agricultural machinery mechanic, or bodywork panel beater.
- Further education: Automotive diagnostician, body shop workshop manager with a federal certificate of competence (specialising in bodywork) or body shop manager.
- Professional experience: Experience in vehicle damage assessment is a plus.
- Customer orientation: Experience in dealing with customers, ideally as a customer service advisor or workshop manager.
- Organisation: Very good IT skills and the ability to organise yourself independently.
- Entrepreneurial thinking: Responsible action and economic thinking.
- Resilience: High stress resistance and conflict management skills under heavy workload.
