About the job
We are recruiting an HR Business Partner to be the HR entry point for managers and teams, support business growth, drive talent development, and actively contribute to strategic HR projects.
As an HR Business Partner, you support managers and employees to achieve the business objectives of your scope while integrating human challenges. A true close partner, you are responsible for the deployment and application of HR policies and processes.
Your main responsibilities:
- Be the HR entry point for managers and employees within your scope
- Ensure individualized follow-up of employees (management attention)
- Work closely with Division Directors to anticipate human needs and support growth
- Advise and support managers on human issues:
- evaluations
- conflict management
- team development
- Lead or contribute to recruitments, independently or with the Talent Acquisition Manager
- Identify, propose, and deploy necessary training actions for skills development
- Facilitate talent reviews and manage succession and mobility plans
- Implement development plans for high potentials and action plans for underperformance situations
- Address common HR issues or escalate to dedicated experts (payroll, personnel administration, disciplinary, etc.)
- Deploy HR processes and contribute to their continuous improvement
- Lead or participate in cross-functional HR projects
- Support managers in developing their leadership skills
- Monitor and ensure HR indicators (KPIs) for your scope
- Manage an HR expertise area (e.g., training, recruitment)
- Strong knowledge of:
- HR processes
- labor law
- legal obligations (labor law, cantonal and federal regulations)
- Ability to anticipate quantitative and qualitative HR needs
- Good understanding of company roles and their interactions
- Excellent synthesis skills and ability to propose solutions quickly
- Comfortable in a consulting, support, and coaching role for managers
- Global and strategic vision of the organization
