Responsibilities

• Supporting the team in customer and candidate care
• Participation in the recruiting process: advertisements, interviews, dossiers
• Accompanying employees during temporary and permanent assignments
• Using digital tools to support customer and candidate processes

Profile

• You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Motivation to grow in the HR field and learn new things
• Strong communication skills, open and service-oriented
• Very good German skills, English is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital affinity
