Recruitment Consultant / Sales Consultant for Life Sciences 100% (m/f/d)

Are you a true sales talent with a passion for successfully advising and placing job seekers in the Life Sciences field? Then we are looking for you as a Sales Consultant for Life Sciences at one of our locations in Basel or Zurich.

With us, you take on the complete 360° recruitment process: from customer acquisition through support to recruitment and placement of candidates.

• You build your customer base through targeted sales activities and maintain it long-term based on trusting relationships
• You take over the entire recruitment process: from job posting through search, interviews and selection to placement
• You prepare application dossiers and present them to your customers - with active follow-up until contract conclusion
• Through regular customer visits, customer calls and the use of digital tools and networks, you ensure strong market visibility
• You keep an eye on your sales activities (KPIs) and ensure the achievement of your individual goals

• Solid expertise / specialist knowledge in the Life Sciences field (ideally with a PhD)
• Initial experience in sales or recruiting
• A pronounced understanding of service excellence
• Entrepreneurial thinking and result orientation
• Good IT skills - you feel at home with digital tools and CRM systems
• You speak fluent German; English and/or French are a plus
