YOUR TASKS

• You mainly work night shifts and are supported during the shift by a nursing assistant
• Your duties include taking over and providing high-quality care for patients in accordance with our nursing care model
• You take care of recognising and assessing care situations, responding appropriately in acute situations, and carefully carrying out medical orders
• You maintain complete and comprehensible documentation (care planning & process)
• Active participation in projects, working in working groups and supporting the ward management and the specialist nursing staff in ensuring care quality
• Interdisciplinary collaboration within the team and exchange with various professional groups/departments

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as a certified nurse, preferably with experience in an acute hospital
• Enjoyment in guiding and supporting trainees/interns
• Good PC skills and a clean and careful working style are required
• You are flexible and accustomed to irregular working hours in shift work
• You are a team player; your thirst for knowledge and your responsible as well as empathetic personality complete your profile
