Construction Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Supervision of construction execution, carrying out measurements and inspections

• Ensuring compliance with all agreed deadlines and schedules

• Coordination, control and leadership of contracted contractors on site

• Preparation and management of contractor meetings for successful project completion

• Review and approval of contractor invoices as well as payment authorisations

• Use of BIM to Field with the Dalux software for efficient digital construction processes

• Responsibility for occupational safety, quality assurance, punctuality and cost control

What do I need to be successful?

• Passion for construction and demanding building projects

• Completed training as a draughtsperson with further training as a construction manager, structural technician TS, architect FH or comparable qualification

• Professional experience in construction management is an advantage (alternatively strong motivation to acquire this)

• Strong communication skills and social competence in dealing with various project participants

• Independent and structured working style, resilience and solution-oriented approach

• Enjoyment and commitment in daily work
