What is my role?

What do I need to be successful?
Our client requires a candidate with completed training in retail or a comparable qualification.
You have several years of experience in staff management, ideally in retail.
You have a good understanding of personnel key figures and can derive the right measures from them.
You have experience in recruitment and conducting personnel development discussions.
You work in a structured manner, are strong in communication and have a hands-on mentality.
You are an organisational talent and keep an overview even in stressful situations.
