SME Business Assistant
Tasks and responsibilities
- Manage, in collaboration with two other colleagues, the portfolio of SME clients without credits
- Open and administer basic banking services (accounts, cards, opening documents, etc.)
- Handle administrative tasks specific to the Business clientele (deadlines, suspense accounts, etc.)
- Develop skills and abilities to receive clients independently
- Ensure the department's secretarial duties (mail processing, various correspondence, telephone reception, etc.)
Professional skills and abilities
- Banking or commercial training at maturity level
- Ease in handling common IT tools (MS Office)
- Oral and written communication skills
- Mastery of German or English at B2 level, an asset
