Electrical Site Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Organisation, coordination and supervision of electrical work on construction sites
Ensuring professional, timely and high-quality execution of all electrical installations
Leadership and deployment planning of the installation team as well as coordination of subcontractors and other trades
Monitoring project progress considering costs, deadlines and quality requirements
Responsibility for material disposition and efficient planning of required resources
Contact person for clients, project management, architects and other project participants
Inspection of completed work regarding technical specifications, safety regulations and applicable standards
Support during commissioning, acceptance and handover of systems
Creation and maintenance of site documentation as well as reporting on project progress
Qualifications:
Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ or a comparable electrical qualification
Further training as an electrical project manager, electrical site manager or an equivalent qualification is an advantage
Professional experience in electrical installation and ideally in site management
Good knowledge of relevant electrical standards and safety regulations
Organisational talent with a structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
Assertiveness as well as enjoyment in leading and coordinating employees
Strong communication skills and professional interaction with customers and project partners
Very good German language skills
