Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the professional management of an assigned property portfolio, including lease administration, budgeting, and cost control.
- Conducting apartment inspections and handovers as well as coordinating maintenance and renovation work in close cooperation with craftsmen and service providers.
- Handling tenant concerns and resolving issues in daily tenancy to ensure high tenant satisfaction.
- Monitoring compliance with legal regulations and standards in the property sector and implementing safety and quality standards.
- Preparing reports, analyses, and documentation for owners and management.
- Active communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including owners, authorities, and service providers.
Qualifications:
- Completed training in the property sector (management) or equivalent qualification.
- Professional experience in property administration or management.
- Sound knowledge of tenancy law as well as contract and financial management.
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a pronounced service orientation.
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style.
- Team player with enjoyment in dealing with people.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally property management software.
