Property Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 110,000Role:

Responsibilities:
In your role, you independently manage rental properties, condominium ownership, and commercial properties and are responsible for all communication with owners, tenants, authorities, and partners.
You organise owners' meetings, implement resolutions, support committees, and accompany renovation and maintenance measures from planning to implementation.
Lease management, rent adjustments, re-lettings, and apartment handovers are also part of your daily routine, as is coordinating external service providers.
In addition to operational management, you are committed to expanding the location, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting the company's further development.
Qualifications:
A completed advanced training with a federal certificate in property management as well as solid practical experience form your professional foundation.
With your strong organisational skills and independent working style, you efficiently coordinate different stakeholders and tasks.
Your professional appearance, communication skills, and negotiation ability help you to master even demanding situations with confidence.
You are a committed, assertive, and service-oriented personality and have impeccable German language skills, both spoken and written.
