About the job
«Age is like wine – the older ones should also be something special here.»:
And to make the food even more enjoyable for us, we are looking for a
cook for ourselves and our around 100
residents in need of care at Widmerheim
young, flexible and committed saucepan juggler
You don’t need to have 20 Gault-Millau points, but a few years of experience as a trained cook* EFZ. Because you not only spoil our palates but also those of our external guests and staff. All of them dine daily in our public restaurant, which is open during the day. Sometimes the evenings are really busy too, with banquets, parties and more, and then our kitchen team is naturally needed. Can you manage to wield the wooden spoon and conjure something delicious onto the plate at the same time? Then our head chef will certainly want to get to know you better.
It is said that working with us in Horgen is great fun, not only thanks to the beautiful lake view. Satisfied employees are important to the foundation, as this also reflects in the work with us. Here you are allowed to sing while working – preferably with us – because that makes many things better. You get chocolate cake on your birthday, your car parks for free with us, or you can use our own bus stop. In addition, you can participate in numerous internal training courses.
Nice colleagues? Of course! But find out for yourself.
Now we have surely whetted your appetite. Please send us your application directly via our application tool or as a PDF dossier to bewerbung@sawh.ch. For further information, our head chef, Mr Thomas Löffler, is happy to assist you at 043 336 44 65.
We look forward to hearing from you!
We live a "you" culture among employees. And that already starts in the recruitment process.
