Technical Clerk Heat Pumps (residential and industrial) 80-100% (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Technical support and care of our customers in the field of heat pumps
- Design and technical support of heat pump projects
- Creation of project documents, hydraulic and electrical connection diagrams
- Creation, monitoring, and billing of customer service orders
- Scheduling of service technicians
- Support in the area of product management heat pumps
- On-call duty by phone 07:00 – 19:00 Monday to Sunday
Your Profile
- Technical or manual basic training in heating/sanitary, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, refrigeration technology, apparatus construction
- Experience in the field of heat pumps
- Good knowledge in HVAC, hydraulics, electrical and control technology
- Good ERP knowledge and familiar with the use of MS Office
- CAD knowledge is an advantage
- Analytical and networked thinking
- Structured, efficient working method as well as quick comprehension
- Communicative, customer-oriented as well as team player qualities
