At the service centre in Rothenburg LU, around 70 employees work in the areas of organisation, finance, personnel, infrastructure and maintenance, food & beverage, marketing, decoration and IT, living a warm, vibrant corporate culture.

As a team member in infrastructure and maintenance / non-food purchasing 80-100%, you will be a valuable part of our 4-person infrastructure and maintenance team immediately or by arrangement.

A hub behind our operations. This position combines gastronomy with technology, organisation and purchasing. In this role, you are part of a central support unit that ensures our catering operations run reliably. The focus of your work is in the office – this is where the threads come together. In short: "from the coffee spoon to the lightning conductor"

Team Member Infrastructure and Maintenance / Non-Food Purchasing 80-100%

Your tasks:

The working day is varied and combines organisational talent, technical understanding and purchasing. You handle enquiries from the operations, obtain quotes, compare solutions and coordinate implementation. You work independently and develop your own solutions.

For example:

• Planning and organisation of maintenance and repair work (building services & catering equipment)
• Supporting our operations with infrastructure and technical questions
• Purchasing catering supplies and operating materials
• Obtaining and comparing quotes
• Cooperating with landlords, craftsmen and suppliers
• Administrative management of systems and properties in the facility management system
• Organisation and supervision of maintenance or conversion work
