Tasks

• You bear overall nursing responsibility during the night and are supported by an AGS or SRK nursing assistant.
• You take on nursing and medical-technical tasks, especially in demanding care situations.
• You provide support to residents and their relatives during illness phases and challenging moments.
• You are significantly involved in shaping the department’s goals to ensure and promote quality and interdisciplinary collaboration even at night.
• You comprehensively maintain nursing documentation in easyDoc and work confidently with the RAI assessment system.

Profile

• Empathetic, responsible personality with a strong focus on people
• Enthusiasm for independent work combined with team spirit and commitment
• Completed training as a nursing specialist (HF/FH/DNII) with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as outstanding communication abilities
• Networked thinking, high resilience and a structured way of working

The annual salary for this position ranges between CHF 85,228.– and CHF 113,882.– (100%) depending on experience.
