Construction Technician (m/f/d)

Role:

On behalf of a client, we are looking for a specialist as a HF Technician in Construction Planning Architecture / Building Construction for the planning processing of demanding new build, conversion and renovation projects in residential construction. You create and coordinate project, execution and detail plans and accompany the projects through various planning and realisation phases. In doing so, you work closely with architects, specialist planners, draftsmen as well as project and construction management and support the technical implementation of constructive solutions. The position is located in an established general contractor/specialist contractor and residential construction environment and offers a high practical relevance between architectural planning and construction execution.

Responsibilities:

• Participation in demanding new build, conversion and renovation projects with a focus on residential construction

• Creation and processing of project, building permit, execution and detail plans across the relevant planning phases

• Development and graphic implementation of construction details and technical building solutions

• Processing and coordination of planning with Allplan as well as ensuring consistent and up-to-date plan statuses

• Close cooperation with architects, draftsmen, project managers and site managers from planning to realisation

• Coordination and integration of planning bases from specialist planners and specialists as well as resolving technical interfaces

• Coordination of project and execution details with authorities, contractors and other project participants

• Review of specialist planner and contractor plans for compliance with architectural and execution planning

• Support of project and construction management in technical clarifications, plan changes and execution details

• Ensuring norm-, quality- and deadline-compliant plan processing according to project specifications

• Maintenance and structured management of plan and project documentation during the planning and realisation phase

Qualifications:

• Completed training as a draftsman EFZ specialising in architecture

• Further training as a HF Technician in Construction Planning Architecture or building construction or currently in corresponding training

• Professional experience in execution and detail planning in Swiss building construction, ideally in residential construction

• Sound knowledge in construction, execution planning and technical detailing

• User knowledge in Allplan or comparable CAD/BIM software is an advantage

• Knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss building regulations

• Good German language skills spoken and written
