What the professional everyday life looks like

• Caring for patients in the zone model on the ward with around 27 beds
• Managing a zone with the assigned patient group
• Adequate delegation of nursing tasks to nursing staff
• Working according to the principles of Lean Hospital in a homogeneous team of around 30 employees

Skills and potential

• Basic: Diploma as a registered nurse (HF, FH or equivalent)
• Preferably: Experience in an acute care facility
• Highly desirable: Strong patient orientation and pronounced organisational skills
• Also: Great team player qualities
• Absolutely: Enjoyment of a varied and lively hospital routine
