Located in Château-d’Œx, at 1000 metres altitude, the Pays-d’Enhaut Health Centre offers a wide range of hospital services, accommodation, support for the elderly, as well as home care. Following the so-called integrated care approach, this innovative organisation represents an opportunity for health professionals to work within small multidisciplinary teams, for better continuity of care and in response to the health needs of the Pays-d’Enhaut population.

For its Home Care Sector, the Pays-d’Enhaut Health Centre is looking for a:
Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC) Activity Rate 80 - 100 %
Start date: 1 October 2026
Primarily attached to the home care sector, you will also be required to carry out occasional assignments within the accommodation and hospital sectors.
Your mission:
- Provide basic and medical-technical care within the scope of your skills
- Support clients in daily living activities
- Observe clients’ health status and relay relevant information to the team
- Participate in the implementation and monitoring of care plans
- Promote autonomy and the maintenance of clients at home
- Ensure rigorous and complete documentation of services provided
- Actively contribute to the quality and continuity of care
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team in client care
Your profile:
- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC) or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
- Strong interest in home care and supporting people with diverse needs
- Autonomy, sense of responsibility and adaptability
- Good interpersonal skills and listening ability
- Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team
- Organisation, reliability and flexibility
- Valid driving licence and personal vehicle essential for the role
