In this key role, you will lead a young, dynamic audit team on site, manage mandates independently, and specifically develop your leadership and professional skills. Responsibilities:
In your leadership role, you take on the management of audit and consulting mandates on site and lead a dynamic audit team.
You are responsible for the professional audit of annual and consolidated financial statements in direct exchange with specialists.
You steer the expansion of sustainable client relationships and advise on complex accounting issues.
You are responsible for the active shaping of the digital transformation and further development of internal audit tools.
You act as a role model for your team and promote junior staff in their professional and personal development.
Qualifications:
Successfully completed diploma as certified public accountant (with RAB accreditation as audit expert).
Several months to years of professional experience in auditing after diploma completion.
Strong social skills, communication strength, and enjoyment of team leadership and client contact.
Analytical mindset, high quality standards, and enthusiasm for a digital, dynamic working environment.
