IT Supporter (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Responsibility for professional modern workplace support and high service quality for internal users
Operation, provision and lifecycle management of modern end devices as well as management of cloud-based workplace solutions
Support in the further development of workplace, security and IT service processes as well as participation in digitalisation projects
Close collaboration with international service desks, internal departments and external partners for sustainable problem solving
Qualifications:
Practical experience in workplace management or IT service desk with a focus on Microsoft cloud technologies
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows, macOS as well as basic understanding of cloud services and IT security
Analytical, customer-oriented and structured working style as well as interest in modern technologies and AI tools
Communicative, team-oriented personality with very good German and good English skills; French is an advantage
