Your Impact with Us

The core of your job is the straightforward support of our customers in the event of a claim – from notification to completion – including on-site claim inspections to help our customers quickly and easily. You apply your attentiveness and service orientation purposefully throughout the entire claims process for the benefit of our customers. With your personal manner, commitment, and ideas, you contribute to successful teamwork in various areas and maintain contact with internal and external contacts, companies, and craftsmen. You maintain close communication with your team and all parties involved in the claim.

Additionally, there is the opportunity to take on the role of deputy claims manager and/or as a practical trainer for trainees in the claims service.

Your Profile

• Completed training in the insurance sector
• Completed training as "Insurance Intermediary VBV" or willingness to complete it
• Professional experience in property/liability claims handling is an advantage
• Enjoyment in contact and support of our customers in the event of a claim
• Proactive and independent working style; responsible, committed, and open personality
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are a plus
