We are looking for a specialist for the further development and operation of an ERP landscape. The focus is on analysing and implementing requirements, participating in ERP projects as well as 1st and 2nd level support. Additionally, user training and collaboration with internal and external contacts are part of the responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Further development and optimisation of ERP solutions, processes and workflows
Participation in IT projects with a focus on the ERP landscape
Recording and analysing requirements from the specialist departments
Developing and implementing suitable solution proposals
Supporting employees with ERP and ICT queries
Handling support requests at 1st and 2nd level
Training and accompanying users with new or adapted functions
Collaboration with specialist departments, system managers and external partners
Qualifications:
Training as an IT specialist EFZ, ICT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
Experience with ERP systems; eNVenta knowledge is an advantage
Experience in IT support and good knowledge of the Windows environment
Understanding of business processes and their technical support
Very good SQL skills
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Strong customer and service orientation
Communication skills and enjoyment of direct exchange
Very good German skills in spoken and written form; French skills are an advantage
