We are looking for a committed and experienced accounting professional who wishes to apply their expertise in a dynamic and practical environment. Additionally, you will be involved in payroll, controlling, and process development.

- Independent management of accounts receivable and accounts payable, including monitoring payment transactions
- Professional dunning and debt collection to ensure optimal liquidity
- Preparation and review of VAT returns as well as support with tax-related issues
- Active participation in the design and implementation of digitisation and process optimisation projects, including assistance with payroll accounting and social security contributions
- Further training in finance and accounting, for example as an accounting clerk or with a federal diploma
- Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting and initial experience in payroll accounting
- Proficient use of ERP systems and excellent user knowledge of Abacus
- High level of personal responsibility, accuracy, and punctuality as well as a strong quality awareness

Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as ensuring accurate financial reporting- Independent management of accounts receivable and accounts payable, including monitoring payment transactions
- Professional dunning and debt collection to ensure optimal liquidity
- Preparation and review of VAT returns as well as support with tax-related issues
- Active participation in the design and implementation of digitisation and process optimisation projects, including assistance with payroll accounting and social security contributions
Profile
- Successfully completed commercial basic training with solid business management understanding- Further training in finance and accounting, for example as an accounting clerk or with a federal diploma
- Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting and initial experience in payroll accounting
- Proficient use of ERP systems and excellent user knowledge of Abacus
- High level of personal responsibility, accuracy, and punctuality as well as a strong quality awareness
