Your tasks

You conduct professional menu surveys and are responsible for food and beverage service.
You manage the ward office and parent lounges according to the guidelines.
Accompanying children and families throughout their entire stay in non-medical matters is part of your main duties.
You ensure that quality and hygiene standards are always maintained.

Your profile

You have completed training in gastronomy (EBA/EFZ) and ideally already have experience in room service, especially in a clinical environment.
Your service- and solution-oriented, reliable and structured way of working rounds off your profile.
You have a particular affinity for implementing catering guidelines in a clinical environment and recognising connections.
Of course, you bring strong social and action-competent skills and handle criticism constructively.
Your very good German skills in spoken and written form are necessary; other foreign language skills such as English, French or Italian are an advantage.
