About the job
What to expect
- Comprehensive responsibility for the implementation and activation of sponsorship engagements
- Planning, conception and execution of events, as well as hospitality and experience formats
- Development and implementation of target group-oriented activations along the fan and customer journey (online & offline)
- Further development of sponsorship, content, digital and social concepts with a focus on strong brand experiences
- Management and coordination of partners, clubs, agencies and internal stakeholders
- Responsibility for budget management, quality assurance and compliance with standards and guidelines
- Monitoring, reporting and continuous optimisation of measures based on relevant KPIs
What you bring
- Completed studies (HF/FH/Uni) in marketing, communication, business administration or sports/event management
- Several years of professional experience in marketing, sponsorship or event management
- 3–5 years of experience in (sports) sponsorship, ideally in the football environment or with leagues/clubs
- Experience in activating sponsorship partnerships as well as matchday and fan activations
- Solid know-how in content, digital and social marketing (e-commerce an advantage)
- Confident German as well as good English skills (French an advantage)
- Proactive, structured and resilient personality with high personal responsibility, creativity and team spirit
