(Junior) Researcher
Your Challenge
You will be introduced to the art of direct approach by us. You will develop a precise understanding of the position to be filled in small project-based teams, scan the market, and specifically approach suitable individuals for the vacancies. You will enthuse executives and specialists about the interesting vacancies, conduct initial telephone interviews, and coordinate the next steps. You will receive on-the-job training and continuous internal education in specific communication methods.
Your Profile
We are looking for a motivated individual who is either still studying or has already completed higher education. You have a strong affinity for business and/or preferably some initial experience in sales. As an extroverted and communicative person, you find it easy to get in touch with people from different fields and inspire them. Furthermore, you keep an overview even with large amounts of data and enjoy searching for the "needle in the haystack". Additionally, you communicate skilfully, have a confident command of German, and possess very good English skills.
