Civil Engineering Project Manager 80-100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Manage road, rail, and civil engineering infrastructure projects
• Ensure site management and operational monitoring of construction sites
• Coordinate the various stakeholders (clients, partners, companies)
• Plan, organise, and control project progress
• Guarantee respect for deadlines, costs, and quality
• Manage the administrative, technical, and financial aspects of assignments
• Ensure compliance with current standards, laws, and procedures

Profile

• EPF/HES engineering degree or ES technician diploma
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a civil engineering office in Switzerland, ideally in the field of road and rail infrastructure and civil engineering structures
• Excellent knowledge of VSS, SIA standards and public procurement
• Comfortable with IT tools, especially Messerli
• Analytical mind, organisational skills, and autonomy
• Natural leadership and good interpersonal skills
