Description
- Act as interim lead for facilities and utilities engineering programs.
- Take ownership of ongoing and critical projects to ensure continuity and delivery.
- Stabilize, structure, and prioritize facilities and utilities engineering activities.
- Lead project execution in line with timelines, budgets, safety, and compliance standards.
- Manage capital expenditure, project KPIs, and reporting to site leadership.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, environmental, and safety requirements.
- Oversee technical documentation, URS, risk analyses, and change controls.
- Coordinate validation activities and support regulatory inspections as needed.
- Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and R&D teams.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and temporary line management to engineering resources.
- Act as escalation point and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
Profile
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
- Proven experience in consulting or transformational role is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project or program management.
- Solid experience in facilities, utilities, or industrial engineering in GMP environment.
- Strong exposure to regulated industries (pharma, biotech).
- Solid understanding of ISO standards.
- Strong experience
- Hands-on experience with validation and regulatory inspections.
- Ability to quickly assess situations and deliver pragmatic solutions.
- Strong leadership, autonomy, and decision-making capabilities.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
