Your tasks:
- Technical support for sales with complex customer enquiries as well as conducting feasibility and risk analyses
- Service-related technical support of the sales organisation
- Creation and maintenance of CAD data (3D models, drawings), article master data and parts lists
- Close cooperation with internal departments such as production, purchasing, quality, product management, service as well as external partners
- Analysis of quality problems and development of sustainable technical solutions together with quality management
- Planning and execution of tests as well as validation of concepts based on prototypes and functional samples
- Ensuring compliance with standards, guidelines and CE conformity including risk analyses
Your profile – what you bring with you
- Technical education in mechanical engineering (HF/FH/ETH or equivalent)
- Sound technical understanding of designs, building materials, fastening technology and assembly knowledge
- Experience in design, project management and product development
- Good knowledge of 3D CAD, PLM, ERP systems as well as MS Office
- Knowledge of production, assembly and service processes
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
- Customer-oriented personality with good communication skills and entrepreneurial thinking
- High initiative, willingness to learn and flexibility
- Very good German skills, English and French advantageous
