Your tasks:

• Technical support for sales with complex customer enquiries as well as conducting feasibility and risk analyses
• Service-related technical support of the sales organisation
• Creation and maintenance of CAD data (3D models, drawings), article master data and parts lists
• Close cooperation with internal departments such as production, purchasing, quality, product management, service as well as external partners
• Analysis of quality problems and development of sustainable technical solutions together with quality management
• Planning and execution of tests as well as validation of concepts based on prototypes and functional samples
• Ensuring compliance with standards, guidelines and CE conformity including risk analyses

Your profile – what you bring with you

• Technical education in mechanical engineering (HF/FH/ETH or equivalent)
• Sound technical understanding of designs, building materials, fastening technology and assembly knowledge
• Experience in design, project management and product development
• Good knowledge of 3D CAD, PLM, ERP systems as well as MS Office
• Knowledge of production, assembly and service processes
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
• Customer-oriented personality with good communication skills and entrepreneurial thinking
• High initiative, willingness to learn and flexibility
• Very good German skills, English and French advantageous
