Your tasks

• Personnel management of the maintenance team conveyor technology including deployment and absence planning, training and technical guidance
• Maintenance, upkeep and troubleshooting of technical systems
• Carrying out technical inspections with regard to occupational safety
• Co-responsibility for reducing downtime and stoppages
• Ensuring procurement and availability of spare parts
• Organisation and coordination of external suppliers and fitters
• Responsibility for seamless documentation as well as management of orders and feedback with our maintenance programme

Your profile

• Completed basic technical training
• Leadership experience in a similar role
• Assertiveness, solution-oriented approach and high resilience
• Strong organisational skills as well as a team-oriented and proactive personality
• No sensitivities to blood, strong odours and heights (up to 25 metres)
• Good knowledge of MS Office programmes, SAP knowledge an advantage
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
