We are looking for the CMS of Avenches a:

Mission:

• Collaborate on the medico-social care project (support in the form of help and care) based on respect for the principle of personal autonomy.
• Participate in monitoring the client’s situation evolution, in collaboration with the client, their entourage, the interdisciplinary team and attending physicians.
• Provide clients with basic care, nursing care, household help and family assistance services.

Profile:

• Hold a Federal VET Diploma as a Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC).
• Preferably have experience in home care.
• Be available to work during the day, evenings and weekends.
• Be able to work autonomously and interdisciplinarily.
• Hold a driving licence and own a vehicle (possibility to use a company vehicle).
• Knowledge of German would be an asset.
