Introduction

Are you passionate about paediatrics and looking to develop in a stimulating environment? We offer you the opportunity to join our dynamic practice in Lausanne. Position at 80% (ideal) with a start date of 1st November 2026 (or according to availability).

Your mission:

• Assess the needs and abilities of children in collaboration with their families.
• Develop and implement follow-ups and treatments.
• Use playful and adapted approaches to encourage children’s engagement in their daily activities.
• Collaborate with parents and teachers to ensure continuity of care and strategies across different environments.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of services offered.
• Manage administrative tasks: reports, minutes, prescription follow-ups, etc.
• Develop and lead care groups.

Profile sought:

• Recognised diploma in occupational therapy (HES or Swiss Red Cross).
• Experience or strong interest in the field of paediatrics.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Fluency in French (spoken and written). Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
• Authorisation to practise in Switzerland.
