Commercial Maturity Intern MPC (3+1), starting August 2027
Your tasks
- Regular telephone contact with tenants, tradespeople and authorities
- Processing terminations
- Generally supporting all tasks incumbent on the property manager
- Drafting and sending purchase orders as well as requests for quotations
- Processing and coding supplier invoices
- Rent adjustments
- Drafting various correspondences
Your profile
- Diploma from a business school (school part)
- Good grades in main subjects
- Interest in the real estate sector
- Strong commitment and performance motivation
- Reliable, responsible, sociable
- Lively and open personality, neat appearance and good manners
- Enjoyment of customer contact by telephone
