Apprentice Commercial Employee - CFC Health Insurance and Social Insurance

What you do daily
During your three years of training, you will discover several departments such as Human Resources, Accounting, and Customer Service. This varied path allows you to evolve within competent and dynamic teams, representing around forty different professions.
Within our Customer Service, you join the teams of managers and actively participate in handling requests from our insured clients, whether by phone, in writing, or in person. You make use of your ability to communicate clearly and kindly to provide reliable and personalised responses.
You also participate in the administrative follow-up of client files and requests and benefit statements. With rigour and precision, you verify coverage guarantees and assess entitlement to benefits.
In Human Resources, you help prepare employee entries, exits, and transfers, monitor jubilees, and prepare official documents such as certificates and work permits.
Your attentive eye for editorial and spelling quality also allows you to handle correspondence tasks, such as responding to applications.

You have good ease in oral and written communication and are comfortable with common IT tools.
