For our locations in Lindau or Ulm, we are immediately seeking a responsible Sales Engineer in Building Construction (m/f/d) with a focus on timber construction.

Your Tasks

Accompany exciting timber and building construction projects from initial contact to handover to project management
Develop economical and technically convincing solutions together with clients, architects, and project partners
Analyse project requirements and create individual tender and concept solutions with internal specialist departments
Coordinate the technical and commercial preparation of offers in collaboration with calculation, suppliers, and project teams
Coordinate and present solutions at client meetings, workshops, and project discussions
Monitor market and industry trends and actively contribute to the sales strategy

Your Profile

Completed studies in civil engineering, timber construction, architecture, construction management, or a comparable technical qualification
Experience in building construction, timber construction, turnkey construction, or technical sales of construction projects
Technical understanding and enthusiasm for innovative and sustainable construction methods
Confident demeanour, strong communication skills, and enjoyment in collaborating with clients, architects, and project partners
Entrepreneurial thinking, negotiation skills, and a good sense of customer needs
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style as well as team spirit and willingness to travel within German-speaking regions are advantageous
