Team Leader Finance (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You take on the professional leadership, coordination and further development of a five-person accounting team and ensure a smooth process throughout the entire finance and accounting department. You are responsible for proper, timely and legally compliant bookkeeping according to the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) as well as the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in close cooperation with the CFO. Your duties also include reporting, analyses and reconciliations, preparation and support of audits in collaboration with trustees and authorities, as well as the timely submission of VAT and withholding tax returns.

What do I need to be successful?

Our client is looking for a personality with a completed commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) or a business degree for this responsible position, as well as further training in finance and accounting at the professional certificate level. You bring several years of professional experience and sound knowledge in the preparation of financial statements according to Swiss OR.
