Your missions
As an ASSC within our home, you will ensure the health and well-being monitoring of the beneficiaries. In this capacity, you will be required to:
- Ensure, in collaboration with the team, the safety, quality and hygiene of life of the residents.
- Actively participate in the development, monitoring and evaluation of individualised care plans.
- Be a support and resource for the educational team on health-related aspects.
- Be involved in the daily support of children and adolescents with multiple disabilities.
- Work closely with various internal and external partners.
The specificity of the position to be filled lies in accompanying a beneficiary during school transport from their home to the residence.
Your profile
- ASSC diploma or equivalent training recognised in Switzerland.
- Experience in the field of disability.
- Ability to work independently while promoting team collaboration.
- Interpersonal skills, rigour and good organisational abilities.
- Driving licence essential.
