Project Manager for Customised Systems (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
Overall responsibility for customised system/machine projects, from planning through implementation to successful installation and final customer acceptance according to the agreed specifications
Central contact person for customers and responsible for coordinating several parallel end-to-end projects
Disciplinary and/or technical leadership of own project teams, including the development of project work packages, initiation of project kick-offs as well as presentation of the system concept and schedule
Monitoring project results in terms of deadlines, costs and objectives as well as responsible, regular reporting on project progress to management
Decision-making and responsibility for concepts and technical solutions that successfully advance the projects
Close cooperation with the validation team to successfully implement validations in compliance with specifications according to the quality plan

Your Profile
Experience in independently implementing industrial projects or orders, including cost and schedule management, ideally in technology-driven environments such as (special) mechanical engineering, production lines, system construction
Practically oriented project manager who acts decisively, drives solutions forward and keeps an overview even in complex, interdisciplinary technical projects
Leadership personality who motivates teams through natural authority, empathy and openness and leads successfully on an equal footing
Very good German and English skills, French and other languages are a plus
Industrial basic training or gymnasium-level school leaving certificate, supplemented by studies in mechanical engineering, micro- or systems engineering (FH or ETH) or an equivalent qualification
Desirable are specific further training in business administration and/or project management (e.g. IPMA, HERMES or comparable) or demonstrable relevant professional experience
