Your diverse and responsible tasks

• You are professionally responsible for personnel administration and ensure a professional personnel life cycle, from recruitment through development and assessment to separation
• As a payroll expert, you bear overall responsibility for payroll accounting and settlements with social security and withholding tax offices
• You ensure compliance with all legal requirements in your area of expertise
• You advise management and executives on personnel and labour law issues and support them in various personnel matters and projects
• Together with the Head of Services, you build a contemporary HR structure and processes, digitalise and further develop them
• You skilfully apply your flair for numbers in preparing personnel/payroll data for various statistics and budgeting
• Content-wise, you co-design the deployment of our commercial apprentices in the personnel area with the Head of Services and the trainer and support other internal departments in training and continuing education topics
• You live a binding and appreciative communication on equal footing with employees and managers and actively help shape the culture as a role model.

What you bring

• Further training as a certified HR specialist, specialising in A "Corporate HR Management" and/or as a payroll expert with HR training
• Several years of experience in HR services and payroll, ideally in healthcare
• Sound knowledge of payroll and HR systems as well as social security
• Very good knowledge of Swiss social security, labour and withholding tax law
• High IT and system affinity, very good Abacus knowledge is a prerequisite, PEP or similar knowledge is an advantage
• Experience with (digitalisation) projects and organisational change initiatives
• Strong social and personal skills, high service orientation as well as the ability to remain calm and set clear priorities even in hectic situations
