Your tasks
- Ensure the complete management of a portfolio of residential and/or commercial buildings
- Be the primary contact for owners, tenants and external partners
- Manage leases, terminations, inventories and other administrative procedures
- Coordinate technical interventions, maintenance work and renovations
- Ensure follow-up of claims and insurance files
- Control operating budgets and ensure the profitability of the buildings
- Carry out regular visits to the properties
- Guarantee a high quality of service and compliance with legal obligations
Your profile
- Training in real estate, commerce or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in property management in Switzerland
- Good knowledge of tenancy law and Swiss real estate market practices
- Ease in administrative management and customer relations
- Proficiency in common IT tools and specialised software
- Organised, autonomous and solution-oriented personality
- Excellent communication skills and sense of responsibility
