You are the first point of contact for our insured clients when it comes to healthcare services. You combine expertise with empathy and organisational talent:
- Review and process claims - from invoices and cost approvals to complex enquiries
- Telephone advice - competent, friendly and solution-oriented (German and ideally another national language)
- Communication with doctors, medical practice assistants, hospitals, pharmacies and authorities - you are the link that holds everything together
- Initiate medical expert assessments - you keep an overview and ensure clarity
You are not only an organisational talent but also a true team player with a feel for people and numbers:
- Completed training in healthcare or the insurance sector (e.g. medical practice, health insurance, hospital administration) or in a commercial field
- Experience with TARMED billing and social insurance is an advantage
- Resilient, reliable and communicative - even when things get hectic
- You think ahead, take initiative and find solutions where others give up
