Property Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 110,000Role:
The company is an established Swiss real estate firm with many years of experience in the development, management, and rental of residential and commercial properties.
The working environment combines property management, project development, finance, and commercial processes. Employees gain insight into different phases of the property lifecycle and collaborate with various internal and external partners.
Responsibilities:
You take on the comprehensive management of a mixed property portfolio with a clear focus on residential properties.
In day-to-day operations, you manage collaboration with tenants, service providers, authorities, as well as internal teams from caretaking and cleaning.
From inspections and handovers to maintenance measures and rent contract adjustments, you independently coordinate the necessary processes.
Controlling and coding invoices, dunning procedures, and handling insurance claims are also part of your responsibilities.
Your area of responsibility also includes leading and supporting the management team and participating in conciliation negotiations.
Qualifications:
You hold the Swiss Federal Certificate in Property Management and bring solid professional experience in the real estate sector.
Good knowledge of Swiss tenancy law and a sound understanding of construction-related matters distinguish you.
Even under high workload, you maintain an overview thanks to your organisational talent and resilience.
Targeted communication, initiative, and a strong numerical understanding are among your strengths.
Your reliable and committed personality is complemented by fluent written and spoken German and a category B driving licence.
