Electrical Site Manager (m/f/d)
Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced electrical installer to lead and implement small to medium installation projects. The company carries out diverse electrical installations and offers a practical environment with direct responsibility on site. You will lead an installation team as well as apprentices and ensure professional, efficient, and timely project execution.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for small to medium electrical installation projects directly on site
Leadership and technical guidance of the installation team and apprentices on site
Planning of personnel deployment and coordination of daily workflows
Organisation and coordination of installation work according to project documents and scheduling
Control of professional execution as well as compliance with quality, safety, and installation regulations
Coordination with project management, site management, and other trades on site
Support with material planning, orders, and work preparation
Qualifications:
Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ
Several years of professional experience in electrical installation and on construction sites
Further training in the electrical installation field, for example as an electrical site manager or comparable qualification
Experience in leading employees and apprentices as well as organising installation work
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form and driving licence category B
