We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and adaptable Team Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to six directors across various departments. Description
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to six directors, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Organize and take minutes for internal meetings, ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
- Support internal communication and coordination across departments.
- Assist with event planning and logistics for workshops, trainings, and stakeholder meetings.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation of key processes.
- Liaise with external partners and stakeholders as directed.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth functioning of the leadership team.
Profile
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in the non-profit or public sector.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Google Workspace).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset.
Job Offer
Full time role with 2 days of home office per week.
