Role:
In this responsible role, you benefit from 30 days’ holiday with a 100% workload as well as the possibility of unpaid leave to specifically design your recovery and individual work-life balance. Responsibilities:
- You lead the practice and are responsible for medical quality
- In this role, you care for and treat patients in general practice medicine
- As Medical Director, you recruit, instruct and supervise assistant doctors and medical staff
- You help design practice processes and treatment concepts and implement them
- In this role, you ensure smooth practice operations and high-quality patient care
- You participate in interdisciplinary meetings and training and undertake telemedical work part-time
Qualifications:
- You have a completed medical degree as well as a specialist title in General Internal Medicine FMH or the title of a General Practitioner
- You have professional experience in general medicine or internal medicine
- You take on leadership responsibility and demonstrate strong social skills
- You act with high patient orientation and communicate appropriately for the audience
- You organise your tasks efficiently and enjoy building new structures
- You have a good command of the German language; additional language skills are an advantage
