Your Tasks
Maintenance of systems: In a motivated team, you take care of complex building technology systems in the canton’s properties and ensure the flawless operation of HVAC systems in cooperation with external partners.
Implement improvement measures: Through our CAFM tool, you receive work orders which you prioritise, discuss within the team and handle independently. Additionally, you take on optimisation tasks in the area of the managed systems, which are handled as small projects.
Analyse faults: You are a driving force in analysing faults and malfunctions, planning and coordinating maintenance operations, working closely within the team, with internal specialist departments and external partners.
Provide on-call service: Our service scope includes a 24/7 on-call duty. You provide this service for several weeks per year according to the on-call schedule.
Your Profile
Experience: You have several years of professional experience in the HVAC sector (in the service area) and in commissioning/modernisation and optimisation of ventilation systems. A good understanding of technical interrelationships in building technology is expected.
Personality: With motivation and enthusiasm, you convince those around you. You communicate factually and fluently with various interest groups and have a high service orientation. You are reliable and enjoy working in a team.
Education: You have completed a recognised vocational training (EFZ) in ventilation or a similar field. Further training in building automation is an advantage.
Language: Your English skills facilitate dealing with technical documentation.
