Role:
As a Field Application Engineer, you are the link between the customer, sales, product management and development or suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Selection of suitable technical solutions (products/systems/internal or external services) from the portfolio to successfully complete projects
- Assessment of customer requirements for technical feasibility and optimal technical solution options
- Development and presentation of specific solution concepts with the aim of winning customers and orders
- Technical support of relevant interfaces (sales, PM), including joint visits to customers and suppliers
- Conducting application and product training for sales and customers
Qualifications:
- Completed degree or technician training in electrical engineering, information technology, mechatronics
- Professional experience in electronics, technical development, product management or technical sales
- Good knowledge of electronics
- Good IT/PC skills as well as good knowledge of Office products
- Fluent German and English skills
