Pension Fund Administrator

For our client, we are looking for a committed and reliable individual in the field of social insurance / occupational pension provision.

Responsibilities

• Processing entries / exits and changes
• Managing cases of contribution exemptions
• Assisting with benefit cases of death and disability
• Handling retirements, WEF and divorces
• Providing competent advice to insured persons on pension matters, both written and oral
• Monthly closings and invoicing
• Participating in various year-end tasks

Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ
• Experience in social insurance or occupational pension provision is an advantage
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• Good French skills (at least B2), Italian is an advantage
• Numerical flair as well as precise and structured working methods
