Polymechanic Specialising in Laser (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Setting up, operating and maintaining 2D and 3D lasers (3-axis and 5-axis drilling and cutting lasers) as well as marking lasers
• Programming with FASTSUITE, TruTops and the marking laser
• Manufacturing and testing workpieces made from nickel and cobalt-based alloys
• Ensuring order and cleanliness at the workplaces and machines
• Carrying out standard maintenance on the systems including NADCAP-certified machines Creating setup documents for new products
• Participating in the continuous improvement process (CIP)

Your Profile

• Completed technical training (e.g. polymechanic, CNC miller or plant and apparatus builder) with 3D programming experience
• Several years of professional experience in the field of laser processing desirable
• Knowledge of controls from Siemens, ABB, PowerMark (Minelli) and S94P
• High level of precision and attention to detail
• Teamwork skills and good communication abilities
• Willingness to learn and perform as well as resilience
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, basic English knowledge
• You appreciate the advantages of the 2-shift operation
